RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every True Text piece is made to order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at truetextapparel@gmail.com.

Include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

2. Size & Fit Responsibility

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Color choice changes

• Buyer’s remorse

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to immediate production.
